Had B&W telly when this was broadcast, so it wasn't for years that I watched it in colour for the first time... I definitely enjoyed it more now than back then. I also enjoyed the special features, showing the takes of scenes that often needed to be done for various reasons. The actors had to have incredible patience to repeat over and over again on occasion, JP mouthing 'Oh no' when a scene was stopped and repeated. Yeah, 8/10 for the trippy vibes, man

I think my favorite scene in it is when The Master sneaks into the Doctor's TARDIS, hoping to steal it and get away... and then finds the control room is a complete MESS, with wires and components strewn all over the place. The Doctor's been trying to "fix" it, but as his memory's been messed with, he doesn't know how. The Master's reaction is priceless...
"What does he think he's DOING??? Oh well... I suppose I COULD fix it..."
And then there's that one moment where he casually steps out of the TARDIS and doesn't realize he's been spotted. I believe at the moment, The Doctor is a prisoner of the aliens, and The Master offers HIS help in exchange for his freedom.
My late friend in Wales often said he thought Roger Delgado would have made a better Doctor than either Jon Pertwee OR Tom Baker.
