The first horror movie I ever remember going to the actual cinema to see. I always remember the pounding of the front doors by the pirates. Just so creepy. Definitely an influence on "The Curse of Fenric", of course.

I don’t mind this film. I also saw it in the cinema back in the day.
The pirates are highly derivative of the knights in Tombs of the Blind Dead, but the film is certainly spooky enough.
