"And then, when we are out in space, we can look back. We will see a vast, white, exploding planet and know that they have died with it"
I've long been a fan of Galaxy 4 and enjoyed both the Recon and animated versions. I didn't mind the poor likenesses and strange anatomy of Hartnell and Co in the 2021 animated episodes - the cartoon style has a particularly charming retro-feel. Some fans were disappointed but there's a lovely vintage Sci Fi vibe to it all - it almost reminds me of the look/design of Star Trek TOS. At the time, I was just happy to see a full Hartnell story animated after years of Troughton releases.
The Drahvins - I'm intrigued by the idea of a small band of female space warriors with beehives and ray guns, Maaga is a great villain (sexy, too) and who could dislike the Chumblies?
8/10
