Didn't reckon much on this one, found it a bit on the dull side tbh and the animation for the two missing episodes didn't help it much either.

Didn't reckon much on this one, found it a bit on the dull side tbh and the animation for the two missing episodes didn't help it much either. I see Ian’s redoing the missing episodes with his AI thingys. He’s also doing Fury from the Deep and Galaxy 4, so I’m not sure what animated stories he’s going to redo. This is after he said he wasn’t going to redo any of them, but then again he’s flip flopped on so many things he initially said it’s hard to take anything he says at face value at the moment.

Never seen this one, of course, but I have a feeling I did read the novelization. (But it's been so lnog, I can't remember for sure.)
There is an episode of THE TIME TUNNEL titled "Reign Of Terror" which covers some of the same ground. If memory serves, Whit Bissell ("General Kirk") gets to play 2 roles, the other one being an ancestor of his who was a no-good bastard. also, Napoleon turns up in the final scene.
Probably to avoid a Copyright violation, this damned thing appears to be running at the wrong speed (too SLOW!). I hate when that happens.

Much, MUCH-better is THE REIGN OF TERROR (1949), also known as THE BLACK BOOK. This features Richard Basehart as Roebspierre, and also has a cameo of Napoleon right at the end. Highly reccomended!
I see this has been posted at various speeds online. This one appears better than several others I checked. At least the voices don't sound like high-pitched cartoons here.
